  I ordered the May 24 butcher box special. When I got it home it seemed a little light (it was). I sent Brandon an email and he replied within an hour. We figured out that I was given the wrong steaks (I was given grass fed only and boy were they ever good). He told me to stop by the following weekend and he would top up my order. The next weekend he gave me 4 giant t-bones to make up what I was short as well as some additional burgers. I am very pleased with my experience and how he rectified the situation. I can't wait for my quarter beef, I just wish i had ordered the100% grass fed.

  I ordered a 1/4 and the meat is very tasty, and the steaks if cooked proper are delicious! I did however receive stewing beef in my order and there was a lot more fat to it than meat.. for me it was not edible. But aside from the that the quality is great. Customer service wise it was pretty good. Yes, they are slow to respond to emails, which is somewhat expected as I understand they are busy and they did respond eventually. If you can be patient with any questions you may have, I totally recommend! Quality, and price is great!

  We've been dealing with Brandon and Ashley for almost 2 years and we are so happy to have found them. We will never go to a grocery store for meat again. Their products are to die for and they are a wonderful family who take the time to deliver fresh meat and produce to your door. You will not be disappointed!!

  I'm getting very tired of seeing the negative reviews on here. This is a small husband and wife team bringing you the best meats I have ever tasted. They have young children, a house and FARM to run. That alone is a 24 hour day 7 day a week job, never mind trying to handle us customers who don't know a country roast from a rib eye in some cases. They have worked hard to bring you quality meats and veg at an amazingly low price. Seeing people whine and complain that their emails aren't read the exact minute they're sent is just ridiculous. Are they perfect? Nope. But they work hard try to answer all the dumb questions from people who apparently cannot read a website. We live in the technology age, people, emails get lost, emails are missed, mistakes happen. Here has been my personal experience. If I have a question? I ask. If I don't have an answer within a few days, I'll ask the group. The group is amazing. When they have the time, they will answer and even teach you about things about different cuts etc. That you would have never thought of. Their meats CANNOT be beat BUT, you have to have patience. This isn't some big conglomerate farm with thousands of heads of livestock and their processors fit them in when they can. The care of the animal is 100% foremost. if it is too cold or too hot, they don't go. PERIOD (BTW do your research there are LAWS on transport). They don't allow undue stress on their animals. So, if it means your order is a bit late? So be it, buy from the grocery stores if you want immediate gratification. I cannot stress enough about the quality. THAT is what you want when you buy local.
