  Its a nice enough waterfall to see, but its too busy to enjoy. Or walk up to the viewing area and see...Hamilton. Entrance and parking at the main gate is expensive ($10 to park, $5 a person if I remember right). Membership passes are not valid for literally half the year here on weekends and holidays. There's staff posted at every alternate entrance to keep unwanted walk ins out. There's nowhere outside the parking lot to park as its a residential area around a good part of the park. There's police directing traffic and it can take 20 minutes to get to the next cross street outside the exit. Your admission gets you into Christie lake, a 10 minute drive away, plus the 20 minutes it takes to get out of Websters parking. There's only a couple picnic tables, and the park workers at the entrance will tell you to go to another park, say Christie Lake, if you want to have a picnic. What? Thats right, no picnic for you. Move along.
