- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Friday night with my family. Wasn't that busy and waited 15min after we were seated before seeing our waitress and being offered a drink for my family. Took 40min to deliver food. French onion soup was good but slightly evaporated as it was under the heat lamp. Food made it not get a full 1 star. Truly disappointed as we like to come here often. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Ordered chicken wings, and was told that one of the wings had fallen off the plate in the kitchen. The waitress apologized and said we would receive a second order of wings to make up for this (awesome!). However, the second order never came. When we asked about it, the waitress said the kitchen was swamped and hadn't made the second order, and that the manager was supposed to have told us this. Either the waitress screwed up, or the manager. Not a big problem, but just poorly handled. Otherwise the food was great, and well served.By User User, December 21, 2016
