- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is the best pizza in the neighbourhood. By far better than big name pizza stores. Tastes better and the price is cheaper. If you live in 50 point area ore just passing by you have to try this pizza place. You won't be disappointed.By vjaceslavs medins, December 26, 2016
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Excellent pizza, dough and toppings are fresh you can tell its a cut above the usual pizza places you visit. Shawarma is just ok a little burnt but good testing. The pita its placed in was hard and thick which is too bad. Gyro is much better with a soft fresh pita wrap and crisp lettuce.By Jeff Stark, December 13, 2016
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I purchase at least 2 pizzas a week. I only live a couple blocks from D&A, and unfortunately, they are not one of the places I will order from. The pizza itself tastes fine, but let's be clear, I didn't find it earth shattering, like many other reviews make it out to be. I take issue with how much thinner their crust is compared to other pizza places. It wouldn't be a big issue if they didn't charge $9 + tax for a medium 1-topping pizza. They need to think about adding a walk-in special, just to help compete with the bigger chains, who only charge $5-7 for the same thing (with thicker crust). I'm guessing their just capitalizing on their close proximity to hundreds of homes, with their nearest competition being Sbarro in the Casablanca food court (now that New Orleans Pizza on Highway 8 closed down). Others have mentioned it in their reviews as well, but I drive by the place all the time to get to my house, and they regularly seem to be closed earlier than they should be. I understand that it might be hard to stay open if it's a slow night, but customers depend on the hours you post. Overall, I'm just disappointed with D&A. I love pizza and wish this was a good place to get it, but I'd much rather drive into Grimsby and get it from any of the multitude of pizza places in the area. Sure, people obviously like them (my neighbours included), but I've had pizza from enough places to know this one isn't worth it to me.By MrNicholas7, November 09, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ordered two pizzas and they told us it would take 45 minutes. After an hour we called them to ask where the pizza was and they were incredibly rude. They told us they had already left but we live only 5 minutes away.....An hour and 30 minutes later our pizza showed up lol. Never ordering from there again. Thanks for the great service!By raneemghuneim, November 06, 2016
