  This location is the closest to my house, but I strongly recommend going to a different Dairy Queen. Given how consistently slow the service is, it is faster to drive a little farther and visit a different location. I recommend the Dairy Queen on Stone Church. In addition to the painfully slow service, the ice cream is also really messy. The staff need to wipe down the cups instead of handing customers a dripping, oozing mess. And finally, last time I was here, there was a long hair in my food. It was really obvious, and should not have been served. I had to ask the staff to remake my order. I still love Dairy Queen, just not the Fennell location.

  Great ice cream! Got Blizzards through the drive-thru they were already melting so she didn't flip them upside down and didn't even give us napkins. Still tasted amazing.

  Blizzard melted all over me. The blizzard lid wouldn't close and it was given to me like that. Overall once I froze it again it was delicious. But honestly. Have a little quality control. Presentation counts.

  Service is a bit slow but they are accurate. Food is great, and the ice cream is delicious if not the best. Restaurant atmosphere is very nice specially for the children.
