  Ordered food last night for delivery. Asked for extra cheese, red onion and Peppers in our salads. No only did I not get any of that stuff but my salad had less red onion than a regular salad. Called and spoke to the manager and send us out 2 new salads. One had extra onion with no peppers and the other had extra peppers with no onion. Lol I'm not sure why this was so hard to get right but we asked for extra in both! It just seems like this particular location has a hard time keeping good staff employed. Our order was over $100.00 just for take out you'd think they would have double checked it all before it left the first time, and then maybe double checked the second time!

  Our waitress Jessica was incredible. Some of the best service we have ever had. It was a half an hour wait, however our food arrived so quick once we were seated. The bread was so hot and fresh. Amazing experience!

  It's a sad day when I have to give East Side Mario's a two-star review. You would think that an Italian eatery that offers endless bread and salad would be a knock out of the park. Unfortunately, it is not. The service is ok, people just doing their jobs. Rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, etc. The endless bread is good, however you receive it in a paper bag that just screams "frozen and shoved in a commercial oven for a quick sec".The salad is meh, and they give it to you in these large extravagant bowls that make you resent getting it and makes you resent even more the thought of refilling it. I got the steak and gorgonzola wrap. I was presented with a wet, cold and barely kept together "wrap". It was more like a fold. It was dripping, and I was unsure of what until I noticed the roasted red peppers were just taken from a jar. Pickling juice and all. My sister got a pepperoni pizza that was obviously just a frozen pizza. I use to really enjoy East Side's, however it's become such a commercialized "family friendly" restaurant that it has lost what made it great. Good food and good ambiance. Now it fails at both.

  Love the food atmosphere and always great service. However; even though its' all you can eat pasta on Wednesdays; it is LITERALLY only the pasta and sauce with either all you can eat soup OR salad. So, with the pasta deal, if you want to add proteins to your meal, it will cost you. My husband and I went thinking it was going to be a filling cheap meal ended up being the same as it would be any other night because of the pricing add ins. Other than that- it was great.

  Went for a Late Lunch on Sunday afternoon with the Family. I want to start off commenting about the decor. It's NASTY. The 2 chairs that are at the front door are some of the dirtiest things i've seen. All torn up and stained. The rest of the restaurant needs a serious re-fresh. The Tables are all wobbly, floors dirty...The food was good, but if the dining area is an indication of the cleanliness of the restaurant, i'd hate to see what the kitchen looks like.. I don't think i'll be back until they re-do this place. Update. Went back for lunch today. Chairs are gone from front. Service was slow. Place was empty. My son's pizza was soggy and unedible. Made another that came when everyone else was done.
