  The staff was nice and efficient. The restaurant was clean, but very busy. We had a party of 4 and all agreed the food was mediocre at best. Hash/potatoes were kinda gross and prices are higher then they should be.

  The staff is always friendly and quick, the food is delicious. It's always a little loud, since the patrons don't understand how to use their inside voice. On busy days, like mother's day, the wait is about 15 minutes, which is very good. I think it could be faster if people understood how to stand in a line, and move out of the way

  I wouldnt be able to say a bad thing about this place even if i wanted to. We just left and the service was good, a slightly bit slow BUT the place was packed for Canada Day, but it was way worth it. We ordered the Farmers Omelette and a What The Boss Eats Omelette, they both came with toasts, buttered, AND a side of delicious potatoes. Everything was excellent. Their orange juice is natural, and their coffee is just amazing, they have their own blend. Bill didnt even reach 20 bucks per person taxes in. Will come again, over and over, until i try everything on thee menu.

  I absolutely love The Egg and I! A Hamilton treasure for sure. Their hash browns are DIVINE! There's a reason they're usually busy. But even when they're packed, you're never waiting long to get a seat and be served. Always super fast and super friendly service without compromising quality.

  Did not like the service. Lady didn't tell me bathroom had a huge problem (someone released pounds of feces on the floor instead of the toilet). For god sakes the bathroom didn't even say out of service. Only ONE toilet in the male bathrooms and same story in the female. There are old people as there major customers, and it's been years they never had more than one bathroom stall on the male bathrooms. It's disguisting and everything there is filled to the brim with oil. Take my suggestion and don't bother giving these people business. Go to Cora instead or anywhere other than this place. And also they have hard water spots on pretty much every thing. And this might be a stretch but they need to fix their roof considering how much money they make from elder people. And it's not my first time here I eat out quite often.
