  It's sad to say that after over 10 years of buying from this company their sod quality and service has gotten worse not better. On several occassions I have tried to address this with the Management and Owners, but they chose to ignore me. It appears that this company is another example where BIGGER is NOt BETTER. They are too big to care anymore about their customers needs. Here are some pictures of the poor sod I received from them and yet they continue to describe their sod as being the best...yet based on the pictures below, I would have to disagree. I'd suggest calling around for prices and sod before simply just sodding it. Maybe when this company sees more posts like mine they will start taking their customers seriously again. I am very disappointed Steve S. that you chose to leave this unresolved with me and my business. Hoping you can one day bring your business back to caring about their customers again.

  I have always loved getting my sod and soil from here. They always give detailed instructions on how to properly care for your newly laid sod. I've never been disappointed. Steve,Kent and Peter always do a fantastic job of addressing concerns in a timely manner and put customer satisfaction as a main priority. Thanks so much guys.

  There are more weeds than there are grass in my sod. I can't believe after all the work we did to resurface our front yard, purchasing soil and sod from this company to level up our yard, that the weeds have just taken over. There's so many weeds, that if we pull them all, there's massive holes, sometimes feet in length. It's ridiculous. These species of weeds didn't even exist in this area until we laid down this soil. I will never recommend these people's products to anyone.
