- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My family and I've been going to this Jack Astor's for the last nine years. Our experience has been that the service and food have been great. The customer service is excellent one time our orders got missed placed or lost. It take our food 45 minutes to get to us. The manager came right over and apologize for the mixup and our dinner was on the house. When they mess up they fix it.By Neil P, February 27, 2017
