  Just a great keg with a fantastic attitude and a brilliant patio, with heaters! Had the rib and it's was terrific. The three dollar dessert brownie is the talk of life right now... Amazing!

  Been going to Kegs all over Canada and U.S. for years and have never had service as bad as last night at the Waterdown location. Ordered steak and lobster and lobster came without any butter. Had to wait for her to reappear, and flag her down to get it. Ordered a second glass of champagne for my wife and the waitress failed to bring a fresh glass. When it was time to clear the entrée dishes she had to be asked to finish doing this and not only did she not clear the dirty plate, had the audacity to try to get us to order dessert and coffee with it sitting on our table in plain view. We would have stayed for dessert, coffee and cognac but left. I always tip well for good service but she got zero tip on our 175.00 bill. The name on the bill was “Heather” so I assume that’s who this waitress was. Won’t be back.

  Superb Service! Our order was not 100% perfect. But the Amazing staff Isaac and Derek made it right and then some. It was very busy. Isaac was 100% professional and calm even under the stress im sure he had. When we informed him our order was incorrect he quickly resolved the issue and even let his Manager know. Derek was a true Gentlemen as well. Long story short. I would go there again even if the food was sub par just to recieve the quality of Service that we did. A+++ Job Gentlemen. Your Boss/Owner should be proud!!
