  BY FAR the best customer service anywhere! We've tried other restaurants, ranging from higher end to lower ends, but always come back to The Keg. Food is well priced, great portion sizes, nice atmosphere and again, the absolute best service! And when they don't live up to the level of service one would expect, they make sure they make up for it. They aim to please, and with knowing this, we confidently give gift cards on occasions to clients, family and friends.

  I have to give this particular restaurant highest rated review. I went as a pair and there was a bit of a confusion as to who would be our server. I didn't have to wait long, but then one server came in and she finally apologized and took my table, at that point the floor manager came in and comped appetizers to make up for it. These are the small reason why I've always loved this place. If you share an entree they bring a second plate with sides, subtle efforts from this chain makes it stand out and they deliver every single time. I had an absolutely great time and whenever in Hamilton, this is my place, they've truly made me a customer.

  Excellent service every time. Very professional. I have not met on waiter/waitress that wasn't knowledgeable of the menu. Food is impeccable and always cooked to perfection. Fries are mediocre but if you want something like that, this isn't the place you'd go to

  I do not even know where to begin. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and they were very attentive. Chef Jesse definitely did not disappoint. I never thought I would rave about garlic bread but, the garlic bread was to die for. Every bite was an explosion of flavour. My husband and I savored each and every bite and debated cancelling the mains to order more. The Steak and Asiago Lobster was cooked to perfection! Each bite left us wanting more! We will definitely be going back and soon! Thanks for the best meal I have ever had! Well done!!
