  Very inconsistent! This place has been delicious in the past... Today, it was actually disgusting! The chicken shawarma sandwich tasted like how dog food smells. Chicken was stale & old like it was sitting there all day. Hardly any vegetables either. Work on your consistency guys! I have to take back my personal recommendations to friends. Gross.

  Save your money and time. This place is overpriced, food is meh (my salad was drowning in dressing and it was really acidic - I couldn't finish it), veggies were very oily and overcooked. My meal was supposed to come with rice but there was none. Be prepared to wait at least 10-15 mins for your meal. Also, when I was ordering the manager (I think) came over to the cashier and yelled at her about customers not knowing what's on the menu. It was really awkward and inappropriate. Definitely won't be back!

  If you would have asked me yesterday I would have said ten stars but after this evening I wouldn't even give them a star. Second time I've had my order messed up recently. Food was cold and did not taste good After calling We weren't clear on what a "free item" was. So I called, asked for owner. He just yelled at me. Very rudely and being ignorant. Complaining it would hurt him to credit me anything. He did agree to $20 (meal was around $40) passed the phone to a younger woman still yelling. All I said was wow He's pretty rude and ignorant and click. Two minutes later the owner calls back yelling again saying I swore and he has a witness I'm band and he's calling the cops The young woman replied ya she swore she said rude and ignorant I had a panic attack Never had someone I paid to do something right call yelling and threaten me I guess with some success in business it's easy to forget where you came from or that word of mouth is powerful As a proud Hamiltonian this business makes our city look bad a former 20 year customer
