Simon is fantastic. He is always committed to bringing his customers the freshest ingredients, and the very top quality dishes possible. He sometimes creates new dishes and asks his customers to rate them, never have I been disappointed. 100% reccomend Matsuri to anybody, sushi lover or not.

I have been going here since I was a little kid! SO worth the trip. George Betty roll is top notch if you love spider rolls.

Highly Recommended. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our salmon and avocado sushi. We also tried the salmon tataki with a cilantro sauce ... simply incredible!! As mentioned by other reviewers, great care is taken in selecting ingredients. We will be back.
