  The bartender/waitress that has blonde hair (she also works at the Ancaster one) makes going here enjoyable. Incredible service...she's very fast and genuinely friendly. It's not the same in the evenings for dinner...it's usually very disorganized and the food is not as good.

  I've been here a few times, and I have had great experiences, but the sterday was way below the expectations I have come to have for Montana's. Our server brought us dirty plates, seemed annoyed by anything we ordered or asked for, and left us sitting for over 20 minutes when he said he would be right back with take out containers. He brought my mom's hot water for tea (which was lukewarm) and didn't bring any milk or sugar like she had asked for. This part wasn't the server's fault, but my food was cold and my dad and husbands food was undercooked. The one bright spot in this was another waiter named Nick. My mom called him over and he came by, brought her milk and replaced her hot water for her tea. He even brought us the take out containers without asking. We have had him before with a large group and he was fast, courteous and upbeat! :) I'm not sure if the guy we had last night was having a bad day, but it did sour our opinion of the place, and made for a crumby father's day dinner. I would probably give them a second chance, back but I would try to request a different waiter/waitress.
