  Just left this place. I realize it's Canada Day, and I was aware of the possibility they might be closing early. I came in and saw a table with 6 people and they each had waters, so they had obviously just been seated. A woman behind the bar saw me and immediately walked away from me and went outside and pretended to organize the patio furniture for several minutes. When she returned I politely asked what time they were open until. She was very rude when she told me they were closing in 5 minutes. As a former restaurant employee I personally don't like to dine in restaurants that are closing within 1-2 hours out of respect for the staff. Few problems here. Firstly, if I owned this restaurant I wouldn't want any of my employees running away from customers, hiding and pretending like they didn't see them. Secondly, rudeness should never be tolerated. Lastly, I probably wouldn't be so rude to sit down 5 minutes before close to eat, but if they have to cook/serve a table of 6, why not 2 more? I wonder if the actual owner agrees with me?

  The staff are very great, and the building is anyways clean. The food however is not very appealing. Nothing seems to look like their menu counterparts, the flavours are very bland, and the presentation of the food could be best described as "limp". It seems like most things are heated up instead of cooked, which unfortunately seems to be the way most big franchises are heading. The food definitely suffers here.
