  THE ABSOLUTELY worst service possible....we ordered one month ago and never got the order after waiting 2.5 hours, calling in twice to ask where the order was and then ordered from Waterdown PizzaPizza who delivered in 41 minutes and only THEN did the PizzaHut driver show up. So we tried again last night - we love the pizza, but the service...good god....we again had to call in after 65 minutes to ask and were told the driver couldn't find our house....sigh...it is in the core of Waterdown on every map and when he finally showed up at the door - sorry, is all he could say, my GPS said you lived the other way as he held up his left hand and said 'turn right' sigh.... To top it off - of course, we didn't get what we ordered...sigh....they forgot the wings and sent some kind of chicken nuggets...sigh.... We're DONE with the Waterdown PizzaHut - the new owners know NADA about service....so we'll find another spot to order from from now on! #badCustservice

  Walked in was seated for buffet, place stinks ran into the ground by packies.... saw waitress once..... no refulls.... food was slow and sucked..... place needs an overhaul...TERRIBLE ! Oh and bathrooms .... well let me put it this way I have used cleaner Porta Potties !!!

  "For lease" sign in the window and has been "closed for renovations" for a month now. I guess this place has been abandoned.
