  My family just visited Purple Pear this evening. Wonderful experience. Our meals were beautiful, and staff were lovely. We brought our 8 year old son with us. There was no kid's menu and the owner was very accommodating. Great experience! Can't wait to come back! :)

  Good experience here. Good selection if you have a picky eater with you like my girlfriend. Inexpensive for the quality as well.

  Came here last night for my birthday and I really enjoyed the experience! I didn't know I had to dress nice though so I feel bad for probably causing an impression, seeing everyone so fancy! But now I know for next time. The food was great and served mostly hot, (i understand its difficult to get the timing right for two or more dishes to be served at the same time) and of course the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The dim lighting was very comforting and again, so we're the waiters and staff. It didn't even seem like we had to wait long for our food since there was an AMAZING biscuit/cracker basket, and lovely decor to chat about.....along with a glass of wine, tops the night off. Thank you.:) (Oh...and for the people complaining about the portion sizes.......for an average stomach, this meal along with the appetizers should be more than enough!! Let alone desert! I feel sorry for you, thinking they should cater to how much you've trained your tummy to be able to eat without getting full.if you're someone who naturally eats a literal whole plate full of food every day, then maybe you should ask how much the portion of food is before you order. )
