  This starbucks is always so slow. Every other starbucks I've been to is way faster than this one

  Very slow, made my drink wrong (completely different drink; even though I saw the girl entered it into the system correctly). When I told the barista it was incorrect, she got frustrated and made my original drink very slowly. She also made that incorrectly, forgetting the whipped cream. When I asked her to add it, she again became flustered and added too much. When she put the lid on, my drink exploded everywhere and she had to remake it once again. Not a good experience at all.

  Not enough employees, the staff did not have a sense of urgency when there was a huge line up to both order and receive their drinks. The barista making the orders chatted with a customer instead of noticing his surroundings and picking up the pace and my drink along with two others were created incorrectly.
