Jackie is great server. Very friendly and helpful with a smile! People like this make it great experience eating out at Swiss Chalet.

Absolutely terrible service. We arrived and asked for a table for 2. The hostess didn't say anything except OK and showed us to our table in the front corner. After waiting over 6 mins no one came to talk to us. We were in a bit of a hurry so we decided to leave. I told the hostess that no one had come to see us and again the response was OK. I have been to many Swiss Chalet locations, and always had a great experience. This is by far the worst Swiss Chalet Location Ever! The staff are more interested in talking with themselves than doing their job! Will never be back!
