  Lacking in quality service. I'm a local and it seems like every time i go there, they're out of something. Last time they were out of beef (how are you even a taco bell when you're out of beef), today they were out of lettuce. Apparently it's because they make a lot of orders wrong.... might want to do something about that. There is always a 30-40 min wait which makes no sense to me because it's not like they're busy. Usually like 1 or 2 people ordered ahead of me. And the turnover rate is crazy, they're always hiring. Idk whether to blame this one on the employees, or managers, or who to be honest. But the service is consistently bad. Employees seem nice, but are super slow and clearly don't know what they're doing because it's forever new hires. I'm going to guess it's the franchise owner because the place hasn't been updated at all. It's still the old decor and setup, which to me is kind of neat as it's nostalgic, but just goes to show how much the owner cares about their establishment.

  The place was filthy everywhere. The staff was load and used the fuc word as well. . No wonder they are always looking for staff.
