  Seeing a Tim Hortons on Hwy #6 heading towards Guelph, was like coming upon an oasis...lol. Of course, having everything a Tim Horton's has.

  Poor service. Incredibly dirty. Tables never cleaned. Dirty dishes always piled up everywhere. I have never seen another Tim's like this one. I've been here a bunch of times because it's the only place to get a coffee close to the Carlisle arena and soccer fields. Everytime, I think it will be different because it's a Tim Horton's. Nope. It's a very consistent pig stye.

  The food at Tim Hortons has steadily declined over the past few years, along with the coffee. It's still okay if you're in a pinch, but it's not my first choice. The staff is friendly and prompt though.

  Terrible service, complete disregard for customers in the building. Your customer service should be focused on those with enough respect to enter the building. Instead there is only one cashier open during rush hours. 20min wait with 7 customers in line is unconscionable. Never walk into this building. Maybe just avoid it entirely.
