  The wait time for your order and your order to be taken is a little brutal. They hire mainly teenagers, and a lot of them have that "don't care" attitude, but it's coffee in a pinch.

  Their staff members are very rude and racial. They pretended they didn't understand my husband's accent and laughed seeing each other. Even young guy shaked his head very rude way. I'm very disappointed at the company which is most considered as signiture coffee shop in Canada. They ruined my trip to Tim's on this beautiful Sunday afternoon.

  When you walk in and see both gentlemen and teenagers playing board games and card games, you know it's a great place to be. Awesome staff, consistent food/beverages, and a friendly environment. They also seem to be improving their 12am-5am menu which is fantastic. My favourite Tims in the city!
