Coffeeis usually good but their food is terrible, they rush it too much and food doesn't get cooked or toasted properly, just because the employees think they ain't paid enough, does it make it right to pay you for the food they are cooking or rather not cooking. Please get on top of this.

They gave someone a tea with a screw in it and tried to play it off like they dont have screws of that size the screw could have ended up in that persons throat these employees are careless

They ignore you when you're waiting to order at the cash. The service is so slow and they take their sweet time.
