Good veraity of foods and drinks

Ordered two breakfast biscuits, one bacon and one sausage. Was given one without any sausage on it at all (just egg and cheese) and on a non-toasted english muffin that tasted terrible and soggy. Wasted a whole purchase.

Toaster was broken. No apologies. Forgot the hash brown in the combo so had one go back. Spilt my coffee and gave me extra napkins, again no apology. Ripped the bag so my food was not even in it. They apologized for that though.
