  Some of the tim hortons in hamilton need some more training. I've caught a couple of employees at different locations yelling at other employees in front of customers and since I have the same last name as the owner of Tim hortons Ron Joyce I've used it and told them they need to stop yelling because I'm the owner Ron Joyce nephew. Which I am not but they stopped thinking I would go to head office and complain about their behaviour. I told them to go into the back office and talk away from customers. I do not use my last name to get free stuff I do pay for everything and I know it's not right but if a customer asks them to stop and they don't stop them yes I will say I'm a family member and they stop. Also there are a lot of Tim hortons that are really good in hamilton. The best one that I've been to is at rymal Rd and gage on hamilton mountain. They are very friendly and the take action quickly when something happens or the washrooms need toilet paper or soap. The other coffee shops can use them as an example to be a better coffee shop

  Friendly staff and even customers. They had all selections available and quick service. If in the area will definitely go back.
