  This place is fine, and yes something tragic has happened in the past. It has been robbed a couple of times and yes somebody has lost his life on the parking lot due a terrible fight as there are in the Summer time a lot of young people in the Neighboring Bars and restaurants and dance locations and there are all kinds of Croweds. Otherwise this place is good as I know it for 32years.

  Dear friends, don't use the Tim Hortons located at 239 King St W, Hamilton if you have a car. The parking police are stationed there around the clock. Last Friday I entered the parking lot at 2:07 (thank you Google for tracking my cellphone) and received a parking ticket at 2:29. The 22 minutes I spent ordering and enjoying my coffee cost me $50 in parking fines. When I brought this to the attention of Tim Hortons they yelled and screamed at me until I had to end the conversation. After further investigation the manager let it slip that between 1:18 and 2:30 22 people were given parking fines costing Tim Hortons customers between $770-$1100 in parking fines.
