  Workers are horrible! Accused me and my friends of being bad teenagers and kicked us out when we were just sitting at a table drinking water and eating doughnuts quietly.

  Every single time I go to this Tim Hortons my coffee is wrong. I hate going back to complain because it makes me feel bad. But when the staff are being rude and yelling through the headset that they did make the coffee right, when clearly they didn't, I get mad. I do not appreciate that attitude. I work at Tim Hortons and I know how the coffees look and how they are made. I only go here because it's close by my house, this is the last time I go here. Thank you for ruining my day

  Even though this place is almost always packed, wait times are fairly low. The staff is friendly and courteous. Over all a great place to stop for a coffee, baked goodies or meals

  Our family chose to frequent the 3557 location. 7 to 8 pm is noted as "peek time" on the website for this store which would define this as a most important time to have polite employees servicing the customers. The girl that handled our order did not use even the most basic of manners or reflect any positive service skills. No please, no thank you...just an abrasive tone indicating the total of our purchases. When it was determined that our order was incorrectly filled, the employee became verbally aggressive. With so many hardworking, polite and cheerful personalities and a multitude of other Tim Horton's locations, we will not support 3557 again. Paying customers deserve better.
