  The food is good, relatively reasonably priced, with variety. There is also an outdoor patio for those beautiful summer days.

  Never returning. I had previously been about 7 times and I never had the experience I had today. As someone who really favoured this restaurant because they do not have calories on the menu and that is essential to me this was super upsetting. We got served food that was over spiced, who puts spice randomly on chicken and calamari? Our calamari was rubber when it came back. Couldn't touch two plates of food, same with my boyfriend. He ordered a medium steak and it came rare and bloody. They offered to put it back on the grill and we said we were done. We hadn't eaten, except for the few pieces of rubber! And the waitress was lovely saw the steak and said " woah! That is not medium I am so sorry guys I'll get the manager" the manager then came over and tried to argue with my boyfriend. Actually saying "well what is medium to you?" NOT BLOODY SIR! It was already cut and they wanted to put it back on the grill.. so all the juices can come out? No thank you. Only good thing I can say is that the waitresses especially Jennifer are kind and very helpful. Our waitress came back after and apologized for how the manager talked to us! If I had eaten what had been served to me which I ordered many times before I would have been crying in pain and I would be stuck with acid reflex throwing up all night. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad; the chicken came spicy. If I wanted spice I would have ordered it SPICY. Rudest manager ever actually made me stand up to him and I'm in anorexia recovery! I was ready to walk out. They didn't make us pay but the manager wanted us to. Worst I've ever been treated in a restaurant I honestly have never felt so much disrespect. I would not recommend. He actually said to us the food was perfect later when I called, then couldn't find anything wrong with it. After 5 minutes of explaining and being treated like a problem he admitted he screwed up and tried to get us to come back again. If I have to explain to a manager why they are unprofessional they shouldn't be a manager. I'm never one to return food and this made me mad to my core! He talked to me like I was dumb and I actually have a lot more food knowledge than he expected and I know how my food is supposed to be prepared! My brother is a professional chef and I have MANY in my family, so I do know! I've eaten calamari in Spain where my family lives for goodness sakes. He took one look at me in person and brushed me off though. None of it was right. Just a very rude man. 0/10

  Service is OK but more often it is very poor. Slow, inattentive, and sometimes rude. Food never tastes the same as the other locations and the portions are always smaller. I prefer to take the extra drive to the Appleby location.

  Awesome spot. And live music on the patio. Excellent. Great food and service.
