  Best pizza you can get. I live in Toronto but come back to Hamilton often to visit my parents and almost always make a stop here to get pizza. It's not "gourmet" but for fast food pizza this blows the mainstream chains out the water and is owned by a great family who is super friendly.

  For now 1 star. Went there to buy some pizza. Stood there for a few minutes. Not one person said "hi", or "someone will help you shortly", etc. 2 people ahead of me waiting for orders. I waited and accepted that they were busy. (Around 7 or so workers in a pizza shop). When the 2nd customer received their food, thought at least they would check in on a waiting customer, but nope. Lady decided that I was not worth serving, flat out ignored me and slowly walked away. Another lady serving the other customer stared at me but she was still busy. I had it after that and just left. Went a few minutes up ahead and just order pizza pizza. I worked in a restaurant far busier than this for 9 years so I understand some wait. However zero customer acknowledgement is bad service. May give it a shot another time but lots of options for pizza.
