  I refuse to order from this location ever again. When it was a corporate store there was never a problem. Ever since the franchisee took over it has been downhill ever since. We gave them many opportunities to redeem themselves. Unfortunately the quality of the food as well as the service got worse over time. I don't appreciate frequenting an establishment that is only interested in taking my money. The service is horrible to say the least. They have forgotten to include ordered items on more than one occasion. The last time was in very cold weather. When we called back to inform them they refused to deliver the item despite the fact that we are located within the neighbourhood. The following time the chicken wings were a shell of them former selves. Not only were they tiny in nature but they were all black inside the meat. Broken blood vessels are synonymous with secondary meat products. I can't understand the changes that have taken place. I am no longer willing to spend my hard money there. Besides the fact that the owner has zero business skills whatsoever. They are just willing to take your money. Please or thank you is not in their vocabulary.

  Customer service none. Price ridiculous. Delivery if your hungry don't bother you will wait for ever. Ordered here at one point long term. Then food became cold upon delivery. As of lately driver can not dial my number to say he is down stairs. If your thing if trying save your time and money lol.

  Such a appreciable staff , always a smile on the face , manager JANI and the owner named as CHARLIE are both very eco-friendly with their customers .also, pretty fast service when its get busy i love the flavours and food quality, the place is quite clean and super hygenic I would suggest everyone to have a visit to their wings up store
